A striking evening bag, crafted from repurposed vintage Uchikake wedding kimono silk

Fabric & Design: Vermillion red duchess silk satin adorned with intricately embroidered flying crane motifs in ivory and grey, with metallic silver highlights. The background has abstract streams and blossoms in shimmering gold foil threads for a luminous effect

Lining & Interior: Lined with vermillion red repurposed kimono silk, woven with crane motifs and accented with a subtle metallic gold speckle print. The interior is divided into two sections, with the back section featuring a zip closure and a small pocket for essentials

Strap & Hardware: Detachable and adjustable shoulder strap made from red silk kimono fabric with metallic gold print and zig-zag topstitching, finished with gold-coloured hardware

Charm & Details: Two silk tassel bag charms, each embellished with rich Carnelian beads
